The windows have high-performance frames, triple glass, and a 15-year warranty. The angle of the leaves and the frame is 45º, and there is a double discharge of water, felpa with Fean Seal, perimeter felpa, built-in windbreak, double adjustable bearings, and multipoint closure (optional). Triple glazed windows provide greater energy savings and can be complemented with accessories such as sliding mosquito nets, safety or decorative glass, aluminum blinds, and interior curtains.
Double glazed windows are made up of two or more sheets separated by an air chamber or some other dehydrated gas. The space between the sheets is provided by a hollow aluminum profile into which the dehydrating product is introduced, and the assembly remains completely sealed thanks to a sealing that acts as a barrier against moisture. The second sealant ensures the adhesion between the two sheets and the integrity of the assembly, reducing heat loss compared to monolithic glass. The interior surface of the double glazing always remains at a temperature close to that of the room, increasing the sensation of comfort for people near the window and reducing the risk of surface condensation in winter.

El conjunto permanece totalmente estanco gracias a un sellado que actúa de barrera contra la humedad. El segundo sellante asegura la adherencia entre las dos láminas y la integridad del conjunto. El conjunto presenta un bajo coeficiente de transmisión, lo cual disminuye mucho las pérdidas de calor con respecto los Vidrios monolíticos. Por otra parte, la superficie interior del acristalamiento doble permanece siempre a una temperatura próxima a la de la habitación, aumentando así la sensación de confort para las personas que permanezcan junto a la ventana y disminuyendo también el riesgo de condensaciones superficiales en régimen de invierno.
Double Glazed Glass
New technology double glazing improves conventional double glazing performance by replacing the aluminum spacer with a thermoplastic material (TPS) that allows the dehydrated chamber to be filled with high-molecular-weight gases in combination with structural silicone seals. The TPS formulation is based on the combination of polyisobutylene, desiccants, and ultraviolet inhibitors. It eliminates the thermal bridge by replacing the metal separator, allows greater retention of heavy gases, and has a more uniform temperature distribution over the entire window surface. It also improves acoustic insulation, and the material is fully recyclable.
When selecting the appropriate glass, the project must consider dimensions, appearance, lighting, safety, comfort, and energy savings. The project must calculate the thicknesses of the glazing according to Timoshenko's plate theory and consider the luminous reflection, color, and intensity in reflection and transmission, protection of people and property, control of condensation, attenuation of noise, and protection against ultraviolet rays.
